Shipping

• We ship within the United States only.
• Ready-made sets ship within 5 business days of your order.
• Custom sets take about 1–2 weeks once we've settled on the design — Addi keeps you posted by email.
• Two options at checkout: stamp mail ($1.50) — your set travels in an envelope by regular mail with no tracking — or tracked shipping at the price shown at checkout, with a tracking number emailed to you when it ships.
• Every order comes with a wooden cuticle pusher, a nail file, and sticky tabs, plus the how-to-apply steps.
• Please double-check your address at checkout — stamp mail can't be rerouted once it's on its way.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final. Every set is hand-painted and one of a kind (or painted just for you), so we can't accept returns or exchanges. If something about your order isn't right, email hello@addiaesthetics.com and we'll talk it through.

Privacy

We keep this simple and collect only what's needed to make and ship your nails.

• When you buy a set, checkout happens on Stripe's secure page. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details; we receive your name, email, shipping address, and order details so we can paint, pack, and ship your set. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you send a custom request, your name, email, and message are stored by our website host (Netlify) and emailed to us. We use them only to reply to you.
• Emails: order receipts are sent by Stripe on our behalf, and we email you about your order or request. We don't send newsletters or marketing emails.
• Cookies & analytics: this site doesn't use analytics or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page and our host may set cookies needed for security and fraud prevention. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google.
• The sizing video: the how-to video in our sizing section is hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; when you do, the player runs in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google's privacy policy applies to what it collects.
• Sharing: we share information only with the services above and with the postal carrier that delivers your order. We never sell it.
• Your choices: email hello@addiaesthetics.com anytime to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted.
• Our store isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Terms

• ADDI Aesthetics is a sole proprietorship run by Vincent DeFrancesco in Maryland, USA. Prices are in US dollars and may change; a set is yours once your payment succeeds. The price shown includes everything but shipping — no sales tax is added at checkout.
• Each ready-made set is unique. In the rare case two people order the same set at the same moment, the first completed payment gets the set and the other order is refunded in full.
• Custom sets: we agree on the design, price, and timeline by email, then send a secure Stripe payment link. Painting starts once payment is received.
• Every set is hand-painted, so colors and details can vary slightly from the photos — that's part of the charm.
• Press-ons and sticky tabs are for external cosmetic use only. Follow the application steps and stop using them if you notice any irritation.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
